RC Plast has more than 40 years of experience as a credible and environmentally aware partner within the plastics industry. We recycle environmentally friendly and customer specific granules, and purchase plastic and production waste from the plastics industry.
Upcycling of plastic waste
At RC Plast, we have over 40 years of experience in plastic recycling. Production waste and post-consumer plastic are our raw materials, which we process into high-quality grind or granulate.
Traceability
To ensure traceability throughout the recycling process, the plastic waste is registered upon receipt with a QR code, which follows the material through the process.
Laboratory analyses
In our modern in-house laboratory facilities, we conduct analyses to ensure products of the highest quality with the desired specifications. We offer a wide range of laboratory analyses that can be selected depending on the needs.
Closed loop
Get your production waste back as new high-quality recycled granulate that can be reused in your own production. Discarded plastic products can be collected, processed, and returned as new recycled high-quality plastic, which can be recirculated in the production of new products.
Washing line for post consumer plastic
Our high-performance washing line enables shredding, washing and drying of post-consumer plastic waste. The processed output is available as regrind or granulate, depending on customer specifications and end-use requirements.
